From open role to first day, in one place

Onward holds the whole hiring arc — the role, the applicants, every interview round, the offer and the onboarding — so it stops living across spreadsheets, inboxes and half-remembered threads.

What it covers

Five stages, one record per candidate, and nothing to keep in sync by hand.

Open the role

Write it once. Export a ready-made pack for LinkedIn, Indeed or Naukri, and set the interview rounds every candidate will go through.

Find the shortlist

Upload a batch of resumes and get them ranked against the job description, so the reading starts at the top of the pile.

Run better interviews

Each round gets questions built from the actual role and the actual resume — short and practical for a phone screen, deeper for a technical round.

Make the offer

Track offers from draft to accepted, in the currency the role is actually budgeted in.

Get them started

Onboarding tasks and documents in one checklist, so day one is not assembled from memory.

Screening that reads the pile for you

Upload resumes against a role and each comes back scored, with the requirements it met and the ones it did not. You still decide — the score only changes what you read first.

Questions written for the round you are actually in

A phone screen run by a recruiter gets short, practical questions and answers anyone can judge. A technical round goes deeper. Both are built from this role and this candidate, with what to listen for.

Everyone sees their own part

HR and hiring managers

The full pipeline — positions, candidates, offers and onboarding.

Interviewers

Only the interviews assigned to them, with their prep questions and every earlier round’s feedback on the same screen as the form. Compensation is removed before it reaches them.

Administrators

Everything, plus inviting people and setting roles.

Next: a candidate’s own view

Today every update travels by email and someone has to send it. The plan is to give candidates a page of their own, where the things waiting on them are simply listed and can be done:

  • Confirm or reschedule an interview slot
  • Upload a document that has been asked for
  • See where they are in the process, without having to ask
  • Accept an offer, and complete onboarding steps before day one

The same record either side, so nobody is chasing a status update that already exists.
